Role Summary

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will help organize and prioritize work for our development teams. You’ll gather requirements, document user stories, support release coordination, and assist in delivering products that align with our company vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and document business requirements
• Manage JIRA tickets and backlog with the Product Owner
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and requirement sign-off
• Help track deliverables to meet quarterly schedules
• Communicate effectively across teams to reduce duplicate requests

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled or recent graduate in Business, IT, CS, or related field
• General understanding of Python, SQL, or JavaScript is a plus
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Able to manage multiple tasks, work in teams, and take initiative
